Why is biogas currently not being used?

Biogas is a sustainable energy which can be used as fuel. It can help reduce energy costs and improve health conditions significantly. Unfortunately the knowledge on biogas, access to contractors and financial plans to develop generators are not widely accessible for local people in Kenya.
