In this phase of the project, the minor group is ready to execute the plan. This result into several business models for the different stakeholders. Together with Farmerline a final plan is created, whereupon the minor group designed a pilot to test the most feasible and profitable business model.

Based on research and the valorisation of the gathered information, a pilot is designed. While designing, the different stakeholders of the cocoa chain are taken into account and how they could fit within the pilot.
