RI Registration

In order to participate in the minor, you need to apply for the minor through the application procedure of your home university. In addition, you need to have an active student registration at your home university AND a registration as a guest student at the other two participating universities for 2016-2017 before 1 September 2016!

Registration for the minor, registration as a (guest) student and registration for the courses and exams

Please note: without an active student registration at your home university and a registration as a guest student at the other 2 participating universities before 1 September it is not possible to participate in the minor!  (You do not need to register for the specific courses, exams and re-sits)

 

Please register as follows: 

TU Delft students need to register at Erasmus:

EUR, Leiden University and TU Delft will exchange the necessary registration information (your name, address, contact details, etc). With this information EUR can enrol you as a guest student. At the end of August, you will receive a link per email (please keep an eye on your spam folder) to upload a passport photo. Please upload it as quickly as possible, as your guest registration can only be completed after EUR has received the photo.

Register at Leiden University>>>>>>>>>>>>

Nothing to do here. It will take place behind the scenes. 

Leiden University students need to register at TU Delft en Erasmus University:

Complete your registration at TU Delft as follows:

Register for the minor via Studielink  for the minor Systems Engineering, Policy Analysis and Management Please state that it is not your first year. Indicate that you want to follow a regular minor

Register at Erasmus >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

If you like to follow this minor next year please be aware of the following time schedule:

TU Delft students

  • Register your minor preferences via Osiris from 1 May up to 31 May.
  • Make sure you have an active registration as a bachelor student for 2016-2017 at your home university TU Delft before 1 September 2016!

 EUR students:

  • Register your minor preferences via Osiris from 1 May up to 31 May.
  • Make sure you have an active registration as a bachelor student for 2016-2017 at your home university EUR before 1 September 2016!

 Leiden University students:

  • Register for the minor in uSis from 1 May up to 1 August 2016.
  • Make sure you have an active registration as a bachelor student for 2016-2017 at your home university Leiden University before 1 September!
