Kenya: Biogas and income generating activities at Loreto Convent Highschool, Kitale

A former group conducted exploratory research on a number of income generating options for the school. They improved a greenhouse and made proposals for improving the farm that is related to the school. The option of biogas is to be explored and if possible, a small prototype is to be built so that the school can gain experience in the maintenance and operation of it. Furthermore, energy-saving and income generating activities for the school need to be explored as a follow-up of the work of the former group as well.
