The business model canvas describes the organization in a one-page model that everybody understands and can be used in any discussion, meeting or workshop. The business model canvas is described through thirteen basic building blocks that show the logic of how the company intends to make money. The thirteen blocks cover the four main areas of a business:
customers, offer, infrastructure, and financial viability.
