In the scope we described what it is we are going to do and, just as important, what we are not going to do. To make the work we are going to do valuable, a transfer of knowledge and experience is important. To do this we will create a report at the end. Because not everyone wants to read a report, we want to make infographics to show different steps of the proces and make things clear. We also hope to be able to film processes, how things need to be done. So people back in the Netherlands and also the Peruvian society can take a look and maybe learn from it.
PWL Intended presentation and continuation of the project after we leave
As seen before in the problem analysis and different scenarios are there possibilities our project is not going to succeed. We set up a plan to do the best we can to make the project a succes. Ofcourse the project is not finished when we leave Peru, there still will be a lot of work that needs to be done, before goal of creating a profitable business is accomplished.
