The stakeholders' relations of the greenhouses for Bondo project

A small review of the stakeholders and their relations has been made.

Stakeholders' relations

Professor Andika and his students:
He helps the TU Delft students to realize their project. He can perform his job by teaching the University and the farmers how to grow crops. And he helps S4S to reach their goal, in return S4S provides the greenhouses.

TU Delft students:
The students organize that the farmers, the University, professor Andika and S4S all work together.

S4S:
The students, professor Andika, the University and the farmers all depend on the greenhouses S4S provides for the moment. In return S4S can reach their goals.

The University:
Provides property for the greenhouses. The TU Delft students need this collaboration to realize their project. The University also makes it possible for the farmers and professor Andika to use the greenhouses provided by S4S and to grow crops. In return S4S can reach their goals and the University buys the yield from the greenhouses. One other aspect the University is dealing with is the government, it is forbidden for the University to start a business or to get any kind of profit. The University also shows the village that they are helpful to the village, in return they get goodwill from the local people.

The farmers (these are the farmers who joined the project):
The farmers need the University, S4S, the TU Delft students and professor Andika to start farming in the greenhouses and make better revenues. In return the farmers help S4S and the students to reach their goals and professor Andika to teach. The farmers also sell their yield to the local market and the University, which is good for both, since the products from the greenhouses are of higher quality. Because of that there is not really a fair competition for the farmers without greenhouses, which results in a better market for the farmers and some worsened relations with the farmers without greenhouses.

The market:
The market buys the products provided by the farmers with and without greenhouses. The farmers get profits in return.

The farmers without greenhouses:
They sell their products without the use of greenhouses at the market. Since some of the farmers got better products to sell because they joined the project, there is some unfair competition.

The village:
The village is happy the University tries to help the community, that is exactly what the University wants.
