October:
- Gaining sufficient understanding of the production process of biogas. Read all the information of the current group who is working in South Africa. Receive and read information about biogas digesters from Henry Spanjers, who is a biogas specialist.
- Completing the business model for the farm of Takatso: 26 October. This is a business model canvas based on the scenario that the biogas installation is already built and functioning under the capacity of only the 150 cows of Takatso Mofokeng’s farm.
- Completing project plan with the information of the current group and Takatso Mofokeng. Deadline: 30 October
November:
- Transferring knowledge between our group and the current group.
- Getting to know the network which the earlier group and Takatso Mofokeng has established.
- Using established networks to verify if our assumptions made in the Netherlands are correct. We will verify the production and the possible consumers.
- Contact biogas system companies.
December:
- Correct any inaccuracies in the business model canvas.
- Make the general business model for local farmers
- Set up the information which will be told during the guided tours on the farm of Takatso Mofokeng.
- Make flyers and presentations of the informing about the possibilities of biogas digesters.
January:
- Signing of a contract with a construction company.
- Start construction of the biogas digester (when permits are accepted and fundings are received)

Yonis and Job will be responsible for the technical details of the design of the biogas digester.
