Key Resources

The identified key activities all need specific resources in order to be accomplished; the so-called key resources. Our most important assets to make the project work can be divided in 4 subgroups.

Financial assets such as the money we raised, the money provided by KITA.

Physical assets: As we’re setting up the entire milling and packaging centre for the moringa powder we are in serious need of physical assets such as the building we will use to base the centre in, machines for manufacturing the Mor Nutro Powder, materials for the milling & packaging centre and the walk-in solar dryer, transportation and a distribution networks to provide us with material and to deliver the Mor Nutro Powder to the consumers. Besides this, for the educational part of the project we will need informative flyers and posters.

Intellectual assets: Knowledge about the Moringa tree, customer databases are intellectual assets we could really use in our project. Also turning Mor Nutro Powder into a brand the local people recognize and associate with health and health benefits is an intellectual asset we hope to create.

A very important asset is the Human asset, this project needs and deserves people who feel responsible for the success of the project and are willing to continue the works when we depart.
