Business Model Canvas

This Business model canvas (BMC) only includes the part of the organization of the greenhouse. In this organization, there are two stages; Stage One, the business stage, and Stage Two, the educational stage. Both stages will be written in the same BMC because of the many similarities between the two stages. Stage One is from the point of view that the greenhouse is a business and Stage Two is from the point of view that the greenhouse is an educational centre. To make the greenhouse an educational centre, it has to be a healthy business. The first growing cycle of vegtables in the greenhouse is done before there will be students. This cycle takes about three to four months. After these first months Stage Two will start and Stage One will continue to maintain the healthy business HortiTerra will become.
