A chimney guides the smoke and polluted air outside. The chimney should guide the smoke outside, otherwise the air inside will still be polluted.

The chimney of the prototype could not guide all the smoke and polluted air outside, a part of the smoke came out through the wood inlet. This can be prevented by increasing the diameter of the chimney or design the chimney in such a way that the air experiences less friction from the chimney and thus can flow through more easily. Designing a chimney with smaller angles can for example do this.
