Bambú Social 2.0

This part begins with the assignment (which is the actual scope) of Bambú Social 2.0, where the assignment is explained. This assignment provides a structure and the whole project will shaped according to this structure.
In this chapter, ‘project’ will refer to Bambú Social 2.0 starting September 2015 until January 2016.
The internal project organization and risk management will be discussed followed up by the project structure. In here the assignment clarified on how the team will execute these tasks. These result in activities that are later summed up in a table.
