MSc3 Architectural Engineering researching in zero energy society with the use of exergy principals

I'm graduating in the chair of architectural engineering. I'm going to design an exergetic redesign of a household as a chain in the district. The goal is to create a smart, efficient, energy neutral home and community. This would be achieved by following the exergy principles while preserving the housing stock from the '50s, 60s and 70s. Reusing residues as efficient as possible, store them or even upgrade them and thereby increase the spatial quality for residents.
